They are situated, all facing the sea, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the pretty resort of Almyrida in a very quiet setting. There are only 3 other houses in this position, none of which are used regularly, so privacy and tranquility is not a problem.

The Villas stand side by side amongst pretty gardens and all are built on one level. Each one has two bedrooms, one double and one single, which, if required, is just large enough to accommodate a second bed, (which we are happy to add at no extra cost). The open plan kitchen/living/dining room is spacious, light and airy. The kitchen comprises a good size fridge/freezer and full size cooker and the living space has a comfortably large sofa that can also be used as an extra bed if desired. A spacious shady balcony at the front of the house ensures plenty of space for relaxing, alfresco eating or for whiling away a few hours on a sun bed.
